Wife of the late Gerry Hitchens and much loved mother and mother-in-law of Marcus and Bernadette, Nicola and Filippo, Karen and Gareth, Jason and Amanda, Damian and Joanne. Treasured Nana of all her Grandchildren and also a dear sister and aunt. Funeral Service will be held at St. James Parish Church, Holywell on Thursday October 8, at 1.00 p.m. followed by Cremation at Colwyn Bay. Family flowers only please but donations in Meriel's memory will be shared between Nightingale House, Wrexham and the Oncology Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital.
